This practical workshop helps mid-level managers leverage current strengths and add new tools to develop high-functioning teams.  

The class is limited to 30 participants and is shaped to target our field.

The Illini Center is located on the nineteenth floor of the 200 South Wacker Drive building, which is located in the heart of the loop, just across the street from the Sears Tower at the intersection of Adams Street and Wacker Drive.
